R etail Sales Associate – Premium Landscape Supply Yard Premium Landscape Supply Co. is not your typical landscape yard. Doesn’t take ownership of their work. What You’ll Do: Greet customers and help them choose the right materials (mulch, soil, rock, sod, etc.) Recommend products and upsell when appropriate. Answer phones and assist with inquiries. Process transactions quickly and accurately using our POS system. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional yard and retail space.

Assist with loading materials (skid steer, forklift, or by hand when needed). Support inventory organization and restocking. Work closely with the yard team and drivers to keep operations running smoothly. What Winning Looks Like: Customers leave confident, taken care of, and willing to come back. You help increase average ticket size through smart recommendations.

The yard and store stay clean, organized, and efficient. You become someone the team can rely on without constant oversight.

Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Landscaping knowledge is a plus (we will train the right person). Strong communication and people skills. Ability to work outdoors in Texas conditions. Able to lift materials and stay active throughout the day. Reliable, on time (early), and consistent. Weekend availability required.
