AM/DM Dispatch Planning

• Plan for maximization of dispatch as per defined targets

• Co-ordination with RO/AO/HO for adequate funds & orders
• Monitoring of ageing stock and liquidating with the help of RO/SLP teams
• Handling of Bank Guarantees
• Query Resolution of ROs and ZOs for dispatches.
• Development of systems and Processes and minimize manual interventions
