PACE Social Work Manager

The Social Work Manager provides leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction for social work services within the PACE program. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered psychosocial care while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. The Social Work Manager plays a critical role in supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, optimizing workflows, and addressing system-level barriers that impact participant outcomes.

This position partners closely with leadership, clinical teams, and community stakeholders to enhance service delivery, improve participant experience, and support program growth. This position is fully onsite. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
