Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee the daily operations of the service delivery function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

Manage and allocate resources to support operational activities and ensure budgetary constraints are met. Collaborate with senior leadership to make data-driven decisions that impact service delivery outcomes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Foster a culture of excellence by setting high standards for service delivery and quality assurance. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all operational activities. Drive innovation and adaptability in service delivery to meet evolving market demands and customer needs.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle, for strategic planning and operational management. Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to drive data-driven decision-making and performance optimization. Expertise in project management methodologies (e.

g., Agile, Lean Six Sigma) to lead cross-functional teams and streamline operations. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and logistics to develop and implement efficient operational strategies. Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) software to design and optimize workflows and processes.

Soft Skills: Strategic leadership to develop and implement long-term operational strategies that align with organizational goals. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and across departments. Ability to manage and motivate teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex operational challenges and drive continuous improvement. Adaptability to navigate and thrive in dynamic environments, managing change and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

10+ years in a people manager role that provides leadership to people managers and/or a professional staff, has accountability for the performance and results of multiple related teams, develops departmental plans, including business and/or organizational priorities. Decisions are guided by resource availability and organizational objectives.

The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. $120,075.00 - $160,100.00 Total compensation package including benefits as applicable to the position – understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.
