Store Manger

Job Title: Store Manager Department: Store Operations / Sales Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: CEO/ Owners Location: Overland Park, KS Summary The Store Manager is responsible for owning and operating the business at the store level, including team leadership, customer experience, sales performance, and profitability. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to Sugar Llamas brand standards
• Manage sales performance, labor costs, inventory, and overall profitability
• Ensure all products meet quality, presentation, and food safety standards
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop team members and shift leads
• Foster a positive, high-energy team environment while coaching and holding employees accountable
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, cash handling, and regulatory requirements
• Execute store operations, including opening/closing, merchandising, promotions, and community engagement Qualifications
• Must be 18+ years of age or older
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or restaurant management required
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cost control preferred
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
