Job Summary

We are currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The OT will evaluate and treat patients with neurological and functional impairments using individualized, evidence-based therapy interventions. This role is ideal for a compassionate, motivated therapist who thrives in a team-based environment and is passionate about helping patients reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Perform evaluations and develop patient-specific treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals. Deliver occupational therapy services using effective techniques to improve daily living skills, cognitive performance, and upper extremity function. Educate patients and families on home programs, adaptive equipment, and compensatory strategies.

Collaborate closely with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and medical staff to coordinate care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and payer requirements. Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinic development initiatives.

Requirements

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Current Massachusetts OT license (or eligibility to obtain). Certification from NBCOT. CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Experience with neurological rehabilitation preferred, but new grads with strong interest are encouraged to apply.
