Senior Project Manager

The role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Liestal. You will work in an open-minded, collaborative environment with people who are passionate about web development, digital products, and technology. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of complex digital projects, working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and multidisciplinary Agile teams.

You will translate business objectives into clear project strategies, drive successful delivery, and ensure that projects meet their goals in terms of scope, quality, budget, and timeline. You will have the opportunity to lead projects for some of the largest companies in the Swiss market and work with modern technologies and development frameworks, where quality, design, architecture, and user experience are key priorities.

As a senior member of our Project Management team, you will also contribute to improving our delivery processes, support colleagues, and help shape how we successfully deliver complex digital initiatives.
