Our Bellevue, WA location is seeking a Deal Services Associate . Come and see for yourself! Primary Responsibilities Participate s in quality of earnings due diligence engagement related to acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers.

Analyze s financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management. Prepare s /evaluate s pro forma financial information. Evaluate s effects of seasonality and cyclicality on cash flow requirements. Perform s Industry and company research. Correlate s due diligence findings with client valuations.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance, or related field required – Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred . Eligible to sit for CFA, CPA or other post graduate degree or relevant industry/service certification a plus. General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.

Willingness to learn new technologies . Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites. The wage range for this position is: $58,400 – $90,000 Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
