Our AI initiative, Yonder Neural Network (YnN), runs AI inference on the spare compute of opted-in smartphones. We are, in effect, the legal Napster of compute. The chips inside ordinary phones do the work, the phone owners are paid in US dollars through a regulated Visa card program, and the network's capacity is sold at a published per-token price.

We are currently moving toward the September 2026 launch of GLO - an intelligent, intensely localized reward-based platform built to facilitate our pillars of REAL connectivity. Currently we are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst . Tasks and responsibilities: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Perform exploratory and descriptive analytics to support business decisions. Develop KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business goals. Design and build dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) Automate recurring reporting for departments such as product, marketing, and operations. Deliver insights in clear and actionable visualizations.

Translate data findings into business recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Operations) to define analytical needs. Support strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews. You have: 2+ years in BI, Data Analysis, or related field. Proven experience building dashboards and reports for business use.

Strong SQL (complex joins, aggregations, CTEs). Experience with Tableau, Power BI. Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes. Solid Excel/Sheets skills for quick analysis. English

• B2+ A big plus: familiarity with Python/R and cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake). You are: Skilled at defining and tracking KPIs and funnels. Able to turn data into actionable insights. Comfortable presenting results to non-technical teams. Business-oriented with attention to accuracy.
