As an OPS

• EXE, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various operational tasks within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient management of our domestic inbound operations, ensuring we deliver exceptional services to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of operational processes and the ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of the BFSI industry. Manage and oversee daily operational activities within the BFSI inbound team. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Monitor and optimize process efficiency, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals. Handle escalations and resolve complex operational issues promptly. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes. Train and mentor junior team members on operational best practices. Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative solutions. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar OPS
• EXE role within the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of BFSI regulations and compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration. Proficiency in using operational software and tools for process management. Ability to train and mentor junior staff members. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
