Client Support Specialist

Child and Family Agency is a non-profit agency dedicated to providing compassionate care for children, adolescents, and their families. We are looking for a dynamic, flexible individual to join our Client Support Specialist team for a full time role, Monday-Friday, no weekends! Reliable transportation and flexibility to work some day and some evening hours is required.

Primary Duties:

• Ready, maintain, and appropriately open/close the clinical office
• Schedule management to include scheduling, backfilling cancellations
• Collection of payments
• Managing charts in electronic health record
• Greet, sign in, and assist vendors to sites or request assistance from supervisors as needed
• Maintain a safe and inviting waiting room area
• Maintain and manage all client information in compliance with HIPAA
• Enter intake, periodic, and discharge data into heavy data entry
• Travel to other sites as needed for coverage (Pawcatuck, Groton, New London, Westbrook) Qualifications:
• Highschool Diploma
• At least 1 year of previous administrative assistant and/or receptionist experience
• Excellent customer service
• Attention to Detail
• Familiarity with general office equipment Schedule: 8 hour shift Varies between Day/Evening shift Monday to Friday Benefits Include: 3 weeks paid vacation time 12 sick days 12 paid holidays 5 personal day Medical and Dental Insurance 403(b) 403(b) matching Salary: $19/hour.
