Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is prioritized. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key to building a positive brand image and fostering long-term customer loyalty. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.

Stay updated on company products, services, and policies. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience. Provide feedback and insights to enhance customer support strategies. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation and empathy. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and complaints. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Familiarity with BFSI industry and products is an asset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in MS Office or similar software. A positive and customer-centric attitude.
