Repack Technician

The role of the Repack Technician is to repack quality gloves into the packaging required per open orders based on the production managers weekly repack plan. The repack technician ensures the finished product meets the customer's expectations per the documented work instructions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Takes quality gloves from good product and replaces the gloves in new packaging required to fulfill open orders Ensures the repackaged product meets the requirements of the customer Qualifications Attention to detail Strong work ethic Great attitude Working Conditions Work Hours: Overtime: compensated according to labor laws.

Breaks: 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute rest breaks per shift. Safety Standards: Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including helmets, gloves, and safety goggles. Regular safety drills, including fire and emergency evacuation procedures. Clearly marked emergency exits and first aid stations.

Work Environment: The role may require standing for extended periods, walking around the facility, squatting, and occasionally lifting or moving heavy objects Well-ventilated and adequately lit workspaces. Working in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse can involve exposure to extreme temperatures Designated smoking areas outside of the facility.
