Law 100 client is searching for a sharp, driven mid-level associate (3–4 years of experience) to join its premier Real Estate practice in New York or Boston. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role at a top firm in this practice area, known globally for executing sophisticated, high-value deals across every asset class.

Why This Role Stands Out You won't be pushing paper here. You’ll be hands-on in structuring joint ventures, spearheading portfolio transactions, and navigating high-stakes financings for some of the biggest players in real estate. Think acquisition and disposition of trophy assets, construction and permanent financings from both sides of the table, and guiding REIT and fund transactions.

You’ll work closely with a team that’s earned top-tier rankings in every major legal directory—and for good reason. What We’re Looking For 3–4 years of real estate transactional experience from a peer firm Strong deal sheet that includes joint ventures, financings, and acquisitions/dispositions Experience working with REITs, funds, and complex portfolio transactions Proficiency across all asset types: office, residential, retail, industrial, hospitality, land NY or MA Bar admission or ability to waive in What You’ll Get Base compensation at $260K - $310K, with top-of-market bonuses Best-in-class benefits including generous parental leave, fertility and adoption support, and backup care Transparent career development through structured mentorship and advancement programs Pro bono credit, paid bar dues, and firm-matched charitable donations This is more than a stepping stone—it’s a launchpad.
