We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Patient Services Representative to join our growing team in our Naples Pulmonary practice.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at multitasking.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients upon arrival Schedule patient appointments and answer incoming phone calls Verify insurance information and update patient records Collect copays and outstanding balances Process referrals, appointment recalls, and medical records requests Assist patients with questions and provide excellent customer service Scan, fax, and maintain patient documentation Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Assist the Practice Manager with administrative tasks as needed Support office operations and contribute to a positive team environment Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of medical office, healthcare, or patient-facing experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computer systems and electronic medical records Dependable attendance and punctuality Preferred Qualifications Experience in a Pulmonary, Specialty Care, or busy medical office setting Knowledge of insurance verification and scheduling processes Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: ✅ Reliable and dependable ✅ Friendly and patient-focused ✅ Able to multitask and stay organized ✅ A strong team player ✅ Detail-oriented and proactive ✅ Comfortable working independently in a busy environment Work Location Primary Location: 6376 Pine Ridge Road, Suite 440, Naples, FL 34119 This position will occasionally float to our secondary Naples location: 400 8th Street North, Naples, FL 34102 Team members rotate coverage with other front office staff as needed.

MPMPG ‎ Compensation Range: $18.00 to $27.00 The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
