We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant Lead to join our busy Primary Care practice in Port Charlotte. Serve as a lead resource for Medical Assistant staff by providing guidance, training, and support. Perform advanced clinical duties including vaccines, vitals, medication support, Annual Wellness Visits, physicals, and point-of-care testing. Assist with documentation review, quality initiatives, and Value-Based Care programs.

Troubleshoot workflow issues and help maintain efficient patient flow. Support Practice Leadership in mentoring and developing team members.

Qualifications

‎ Compensation Range: $21.78 to $34.49 The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
