Overseeing CI tasks/trainings ensuring all are done within the expected timeline Supporting future Warehouse expansion deployment where NFTE's cannot be assigned Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure CI initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained within the WH's Driving CI initiatives with strong ownership, accountability, and consistency Coaching new CI members and supporting floor operations At least 1 year experience in teaching or training or any related fields.
