Automotive Financial Services Manager (F&I) Job Description: Lakeland Auto Mall is looking for qualified people to join our team. Job Summary

The Financial Services Manager is responsible for customer financial services activity in the dealership.

Job Responsibilities

Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to Finance and Insurance Maintain an efficient workflow of all finance office processes Contract deals Maintain proper lender mix Adhere to Approved Product and Product Pricing Guidelines Log all deliveries accurately and in a timely manner Maintain chargebacks at an acceptable level Verify lien payoff balances and automotive insurance policies Verify all customer signatures Copy all non-prime documents Verify customer vehicle deposit receipts Assist the sales team in structuring deals Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards Qualifications: Must meet company's requirements for employment Ability to operate personal computers including Microsoft products Ability to train store associates Must have a valid Drivers License Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Normal office environment Prolonged periods of personal computer usage and data entry Required Education:Ability to operate an automobile High school diploma or equivalent College Education or equivalent work experience Compensation: Unlimited income potential Paid time off Training Longevity bonuses 401(k) program Medical & Dental Plan Employee vehicle purchase program Fantastic advancement opportunities.
