Honda of Fifeis looking for a friendly, professional, and dependableFull-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership.

Our customers are our highest priority, and our Receptionist plays an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment a customer walks through our doors or calls us on the phone. What You'll Do

As a Receptionist, you’ll help keep our dealership running smoothly while providing exceptional service to every customer.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming dealership phone calls promptly and professionally
• Warmly greet and welcome customers and guests
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or notify the appropriate team member when a guest arrives
• Provide helpful and friendly customer service throughout the dealership
• Work cooperatively with Sales, Service, Parts, and other departments
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, including typing and data entry
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times
• Assist with other duties as assigned

• Friendly, approachable, and professional
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable speaking with customers both in person and over the phone
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
• A team player who enjoys helping others
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to represent Honda of Fife in a positive and professional manner

Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

Starting at $18.00 per hour, with an opportunity for a pay increase after successfully completing your first90 days.

Current Schedule Available:

Sunday Monday OFF

Tuesday 2-8PM

Wednesday 2-8PM

Thursday 2-8PM

Friday 7:30-8PM

Saturday 7:30-8PM

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
