Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Digitide Solutions, representing the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Your role

is crucial in establishing and nurturing long-lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that may arise. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Provide information about company products and services, highlighting their benefits. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to offer relevant advice. Document and report customer feedback and suggestions for improvement. Ensure customer data privacy and security, adhering to company policies. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Actively contribute to team goals and support colleagues when needed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills. Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.

Knowledge of customer relationship management tools is an asset. A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Excellent time management and organizational skills. A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
