Position Overview

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to fill an opening with a multi-specialty practice located in the Bronx, New York. This is a flexible float role providing coverage across multiple locations as needed due to call-outs, vacations, and other staffing needs. Note: This position does not involve deliveries.

Requirements

Education

Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited Women's Health Nurse Practitioner program. Licensure: Must have an active New York State Nurse Practitioner license. Must be Board Certified as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP). Experience: Must have at least 1 year of experience in women's health as a Nurse Practitioner.

Note: This position does not involve deliveries. Additional Note: Seeking an experienced WHNP for a flexible float role, providing coverage across multiple locations as needed due to call-outs, vacations, and other staffing needs. Technical Skills: Proficient in performing annual well-woman exams, family planning counseling, STI diagnosis and management, and managing perimenopause and menopause symptoms.

Experience with electronic health records. Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, cultural competence, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to different practice locations and patient populations.

Key Responsibilities

Educate patients about women's health issues. Perform annual exams and provide well-woman care. Help women with family planning and selecting birth control. Offer care during perimenopause and menopause.
