Hanover Health and Rehabilitation in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking a qualified individual to join our growing team in the role of RN Nurse Supervisor. As the RN Nurse Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team.

Oversee and coordinate resident care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans as needed. Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support. Assist in training and orientation of new employees. Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during shifts, following established protocols.

Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident. What you need Active Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice. Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong focus on teamwork and collaboration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail oriented.
