The Missing Grain – 100% Gluten-Free Bakery & Café Linthicum Heights, Maryland Typical shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM Full-time and part-time positions available Weekend availability required The Missing Grain is looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Barista / Front of House Team Members who enjoy providing excellent customer service.

Our front-of-house team creates a welcoming experience for every guest while maintaining the high standards of our 100% gluten-free bakery and café.

• Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take orders accurately using our POS system
• Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, cold beverages, and other café drinks
• Package and serve bakery and café products
• Answer customer questions about menu items and ingredients
• Assist customers with gluten-free and available dairy-free options
• Maintain bakery displays and customer service areas
• Restock cups, lids, packaging, beverages, and supplies
• Clean counters, tables, beverage equipment, and dining areas
• Follow opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures
• Communicate clearly with bakery and kitchen team members
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, allergen-awareness, and gluten-free procedures
• Friendly and professional

• Strong customer-service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn espresso and beverage preparation
• Strong attention to cleanliness and order accuracy
• Barista, café, restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience preferred but not required
