Regional Sales Manager FMCG

Job Description: Regional Sales Manager FMCG Duties and Responsibilities;

• Acquire and develop new customers throughout the MEA region.
• Systematic analysis of trends, market developments as well as customer requirements.
• Drive effective channel strategies with retailers and distributors.
• Create sales action plans to deliver targets.
• Responsibility for offers concluding contracts.
• Ensure contract implementation is adhered to and terms are observed.
• Define and implement the sales strategy.
• Ensure high-end quality customer service.
• Development and implementation of sales strategies.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and develop countermeasures. Candidate profile;
• Graduation in Sales Management or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the FMCG industry.
• Work experience in the GCC region is a must.
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of MS office.
• Sales attitude with an open-minded and communicative character.
• Ability to work in an independent, goal-oriented and efficient manner.
• Committed to a long-term relationship.
• Team player attitude with intercultural skills.
