Maintenance Technician Ethan’s Crossing | Cleveland, OH Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14 - $18hr About the Role Ethan’s Crossing is looking for a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and helping create a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

Perform general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs. Conduct routine and preventive maintenance throughout the property. Inspect facility, common areas, and building systems to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and exterior grounds.

Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate with outside contractors when necessary. Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies in an organized manner. Follow all applicable safety procedures and property maintenance standards. Communicate professionally with residents, property management, and team members.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

Previous maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work orders efficiently.
