You will: Lead Therapeutic Growth: Facilitate impactful individual and group therapy sessions focused on psychological health and substance abuse education. Collaborate for Success: Play an active role in interdisciplinary treatment planning and family counseling to ensure a holistic approach to guest care. Bridge the Communication Gap: Maintain proactive engagement with clients, families, and external referral sources to support long-term stability.

Ensure Clinical Excellence: Apply a deep understanding of HIPAA, TJC standards, and Medicaid regulations to maintain the highest quality of clinical practice.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in social work or counseling with LSW and documented group therapy experience OR a Master's degree in social work/counseling. Current unencumbered clinical license (BSW with LSW, MSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, or MFT). Must be 21 yrs or older. Licensed Professional Counselor/Social Services expertise.
