Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Communicate with account owner and fully understand SOP requirements.
2. Coordinate with local consignee & foreign colleagues for Import Customs Clearance process.
3. Follow up with Customs Brokerage and trucking company cargo delivery.
4. Ensure complete and correct data input in operation system.
5. Good communication skill with both overseas colleagues and local suppliers.
6. Good email manner, which shall be timely and efficiently.
7. Able to deal with daily job under pressure and emergency.
