He/she also supports month-end closing and bank reconciliation, making sure all records are complete and correctly posted Check supplier invoices for accuracy and complete approvals.

Make sure the approved purchase order is attached and the invoice is signed off by the department head. Raise any concern immediately to the Finance Executive or Accounting Manager. Prepare the monthly bank reconciliation for review by the Finance Executive. Prepare reconciliations of A/P-related general ledger accounts at month end.
