Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Electrical Foreman Experience leading crews of 2 to 25 electricians Commercial new construction and commercial remodel experience Experience managing commercial electrical projects valued from $100K to $3M+ Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, power distribution, switchgear, lighting, controls, and refrigeration power Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings Experience with labor planning, material ordering, and project scheduling OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 50% throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona Porter.
