Product Manager, R&D Efficiency - President's Office

Product development : Understand product requirements from business and R&D stakeholders. Translate the needs into clear development requirements, leverage AI and work closely with developers to support feature development and optimization of our management platform Product support : Collect user feedback and help address product questions, issues, and bugs.

Performance analysis : Collect and analyze R&D teams’ key performance data. Summarize findings to support leadership decisions. Project management : Support project planning, milestone tracking, and documentation. Assist in improving project management processes, reporting, and communication efficiency. Prepare regular updates and reports for internal stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data, or related fields.

Experience working with engineering or product teams is a plus Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and agile ways of working. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
