We're looking for a friendly and dependable Laundry Attendant to join our team and help keep things running smoothly.

Job Summary

As a Laundry Attendant, you’ll be the face of Sudz City Laundry. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and handling laundry processing for our wash-and-fold service. We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with machines and services Operate commercial washers, dryers, and folding stations Process wash-dry-fold and pickup/delivery orders Maintain cleanliness of machines, floors, counters, and restrooms Monitor machines for issues and report maintenance needs Handle basic transactions (if applicable) Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines Open or close the store depending on shift Qualifications: No prior laundry experience required—training provided Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift laundry bags (up to ~25 lbs) Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Team player with a positive attitude Benefits: On-the-job training Employee discounts on laundry services Relaxed, supportive work environment Salary $10 - $11 per hour
