• Lees Summit, MO, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Purpose: The Elementary Receptionist at Summit Christian Academy is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the school's administrative office. This position plays a critical role in maintaining effective communication channels and providing support to students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate personnel or department, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Managing student attendance records, including tracking daily attendance and addressing any discrepancies.
• Greeting visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor, providing assistance and information as needed to ensure a positive experience. -
• Uphold and model Christian principles in all interactions with students, staff, and the community.

Qualifications

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent Required Experience:
• Previous experience in an office or administrative role
• Experience with managing phone systems and handling inquiries Required Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
