- Curriculum planning and implementation skills
- Classroom observation and mentoring ability
- Knowledge of NEP 2020 and play-based pedagogy
- Record-keeping and documentation skills
- Plan and implement ECCE/play-based curriculum
- Ensure age-appropriate teaching practices (no academic pressure)
- Monitor lesson plans, activity plans, and classroom delivery
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback
- Guide and mentor pre-primary teachers and assistant staff
- Conduct staff meetings and training sessions
- Support new teachers with orientation and curriculum planning
- Ensure developmental records and portfolios are maintained
- Conduct parent orientation programs and PTMs
- Address parent concerns and ensure positive communication Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education / Early Childhood Education
- Diploma / Certification in ECCE / NTT
- B.Ed (preferred) 4. 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Primary teaching 5. 1–2 years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred
