Marketing & Social Media Officer — €1,800 to €2,200 gross per month, based on experience. On behalf of our client, an advertising and marketing agency, we're looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join their team. This role suits someone who understands that marketing isn't about posting content — it's about delivering results, building brands, and driving real business growth.
The Role You will be a key member of the marketing team, managing multiple client accounts and contributing to both digital and offline campaigns, with a strong focus on performance, strategy, and execution quality.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns Adapt messaging and tone across different audiences (B2B, B2C, corporate, lifestyle) Manage social media calendars, scheduling, and performance monitoring Work closely with designers and videographers to deliver strong creative output Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns (digital & offline) Manage and optimise paid campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads) with a focus on ROI Analyse performance and continuously improve results for clients Ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across all client touchpoints Participate in client meetings, presenting ideas and contributing to client growth Support offline marketing activities (events, print materials, presentations) Contribute ideas that elevate both the brand and business performance of clients Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Strong experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (campaign setup, optimisation, reporting) Excellent command of Greek and English Strong copywriting skills with adaptability in tone and style Strategic thinking combined with creativity Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects A mindset focused on quality, results, and continuous improvement What Is Offered Salary: €1,800 – €2,200 gross per month, depending on experience Annual performance bonus Continuous training and professional development Opportunity to work with dynamic local & international clients A fast-paced, creative environment where your work has real impact A team culture focused on growth, quality, and collaboration Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (30-minute lunch break)
