Parts Counter Advisor – Ruge’s Auto Group, Rhinebeck NY Ruge’s is a family-run auto group in the Hudson Valley. Our [Ford / Subaru / CDJR] parts department is busy, and we’re looking for an experienced Parts Counter Advisor to join the team full time. If you know parts, like helping people and want a steady career with room to grow, we’d like to meet you.

Why Work Here $50,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience Full time, with some evenings and Saturdays Manufacturer-paid training Room to grow into Parts Manager or Service roles Medical insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match Employee discounts on vehicles, parts and service What You’ll Do Help technicians and retail customers at the counter and on the phone Look up, order, receive and bill parts Stock shelves and keep parts properly stored and labeled Do bin counts and help keep inventory accurate Pick up and deliver parts when needed Keep the parts department clean and organized

What You Need 1–2 years of automotive parts experience (dealership or retail parts store) Comfortable on a computer High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Available for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays Customer-focused, self-motivated team player Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with CDK Dealership parts experience with [Ford / Subaru / Mopar] Ready to get started?
