Job description
This position oversees daily manufacturing operations focused on shaping metal tubing to required specifications. They coordinate machine operators, set production schedules, and ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and on time. This role involves monitoring tube bending equipment (such as CNC benders), verifying product quality against blueprints or tolerances, and troubleshooting process issues.
The supervisor also enforces safety standards, trains staff, manages workflow, and collaborates with engineering or quality teams to improve productivity and reduce defects.
