Operations Trainer

Join Palermo's Pizza as a 3rd Shift Operations Technical Trainer at our Canal Street facility in Milwaukee! We're looking for a mechanically inclined manufacturing professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, training employees, and improving production processes. In this hands-on role, you'll coach operators on equipment setup and changeovers, assist with mechanical troubleshooting, collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams, and support safe, efficient operations.
