Sales Process Coordinator

Responsibilities

Coordinate internal sales administration and operations flows, ensuring efficiency and alignment with corporate goals; Maintain online contact with dealerships to track performance and provide strategic support; Evaluate commercial objectives of dealerships, propose action plans, and monitor results; Develop initiatives that go beyond planning, ensuring practical implementation and continuous follow-up; Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure consistency in processes and customer experience; Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; Experience in sales operations, sales management, or commercial processes in the automotive sector is mandatory; Advanced English is mandatory; Ability to interpret data, create reports, and propose strategic solutions; Good communication and ability to build trusting partnerships with dealerships; Proficient in CRM systems, advanced Excel, and sales management platforms; Location 100% on-site (Rochaverá building - near Shopping Morumbi).
