Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is responsible for providing high quality, consistent and efficient service to our customers through daily interaction with clients, sales representatives, production members, and co-workers. The CSR will be dedicated to working closely with customers and support our Sales Team.

Candidates will become knowledgeable with the production processes and capabilities to ensure they are providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. This person will be interacting with customers relative to the placement of orders, pricing, deliveries, complaints, and technical recommendations.
