What You'll Experience As a Management Trainee, you'll rotate through key areas of our operation, including: Manufacturing Operations Production Planning Inventory Management Quality Systems Safety Programs Maintenance Operations Supply Chain & Logistics Human Resources and Leadership Development You'll work alongside experienced leaders, participate in meaningful projects, and gain exposure to the day-to-day challenges and opportunities that drive a successful manufacturing business.

What We're Looking For

Have completed a Bachelor's degree in either Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Forestry, or a related field. Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Demonstrate leadership potential. Enjoy solving problems and improving processes. Are willing to learn from the ground up. Communicate effectively and work well with others.

Are comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments. Want to build a long-term career with opportunities for advancement. Recent graduates with manufacturing, business, engineering, forestry, or operations experience are encouraged to apply. Hands-On Leadership Development This is not a desk-only position.
