Facilities Manager

Our Select. Leaders client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and overall condition of multiple properties in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate takes ownership, identifies problems before they escalate, and ensures that facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys being on-site, working alongside maintenance staff, coordinating contractors, and ensuring that every detail is addressed. The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of building maintenance with excellent organizational skills, financial responsibility, and the ability to lead a small team.

This is not a desk job. Our client is looking for someone who is visible, responsive, practical, and willing to roll up their sleeves when needed.
