Director, Consumer & Shopper Client Insights

As Director, Consumer & Shopper Client Insights, you’ll serve as a strategic insights partner to a leading client in the ice cream category, working across its portfolio of some of the most recognizable and loved brands.

A key focus of the role will be accelerating adoption and maximizing the impact of Circana’s Receipt Panel, helping client teams translate consumer and shopper behavior into stronger business decisions. You’ll identify high-impact growth opportunities, shape compelling thought leadership, and build client capabilities through training and coaching that enables teams across brand, marketing and category management to confidently leverage insights themselves.
