A Day in the Life

Facilitate seamless client-agency collaboration, ensuring alignment with established processes and timelines. Coordinate project logistics, meetings, and status reports, escalating issues promptly. Assist in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, from briefing to launch, and analyze results. Develop expertise in assigned brands, disease categories, and digital landscapes.

Partner with Project Management and Finance to manage budgets, estimates, and invoices. Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting timely and accurate execution of tasks.

What you will need

Bachelor's degree (preferred). 1+ year of work experience. Passion for healthcare and learning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strategic thinking and a detail-oriented, collaborative approach. $45,000-$60,000 To the extent permissible by local law, Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
