Job description
The Safety & Security Officer (SSO) is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment for patients, visitors, staff, and property across North Central Health Care facilities. This role provides frontline safety support through proactive monitoring, customer service, conflict prevention, and timely response to safety and security events.
The SSO must demonstrate sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress or emergent situations, including interactions with individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.
