Outpatient Occupational Therapist - Wallingford- Part Time

The Occupational Therapist utilizes a comprehensive evaluation based on accepted professional standards to assess patient needs and functional status; devises and implements appropriate treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient self-sufficiency; regularly re-assesses plan efficacy, provides appropriate education to patients and families and progress patients toward goals and outcomes that reflect improved independence.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in OT required Current CT OT license or eligibility required One (1) year of OT experience preferred WORK SCHEDULE: Part Time Monday through Friday; 24 hours/week; Some evening hours may be required We Are An Equal Opportunity Employer – M/F/D/V
