Medical Receptionist

Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a “can-do” attitude? We have an exciting opportunity for you to be a part of our team. This role is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with shifts between the core hours of 6:30am – 9:00pm located within our John Fawkner (Coburg) Clinic.

Reporting to the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.

Role Overview: As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities

Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures. Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally. Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our business hours. Key Qualifications: Clear verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
