Room Attendant

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham New Cumberland-Harrisburg is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Room Attendants to help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to brand standards. Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities. Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas. Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly. Ensure rooms are guest-ready while maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards.

Follow all hotel safety procedures and sanitation guidelines. Respond courteously to guest requests and work collaboratively with the housekeeping team.

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to stand, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Reliable attendance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
