Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder on strategic, operational, and business development initiatives.
• Support in transaction evaluation
• Prepare business plans, investment decks, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Represent the Founder in meetings and drive outcomes on key priorities.
• Conduct research and provide insights on market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maturity. Desired Candidate Profile:
• 2–5 years of experience as part of founder’s office overseeing consulting, corporate strategy, and start-up ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical, financial, and communication skills.
• Strong ownership mindset — dependable, proactive, and resourceful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and unstructured environment.
