Job Title: Manufacturing Positions – Deburr, Plating, & Paint Departments Location: Fort Smith, AR Pay: Deburr Department: Plating Department: Paint Department: Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 4:00PM - 2:30AM (10-hour shifts) Friday (Mandatory Overtime): 8-hour shift Job Type: Temp-to-Perm Job Description: We are currently hiring hard-working and dependable individuals for multiple positions in the manufacturing department in Fort Smith, AR.

Openings are available in the Deburr, Plating, and Paint Departments . These roles offer hands-on training, consistent hours, and the opportunity for permanent placement based on performance. Open Positions & Responsibilities: Deburr Department – Sand imperfections out of metal parts Press metals flat Attention to detail required; Plating Department – Start as a Plating Assistant Clean and prep parts for plating Assist with prepping shipments Paint Department – Clean and prepare parts for painting and shipment Assist with general finishing tasks Must be organized and detail-oriented Requirements for All Positions: Strong work history with longevity preferred Must meet performance expectations Temp-to-perm opportunities based on performance and required hours Able to lift up to 25 pounds Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must Ability to follow safety guidelines and work efficiently Must pass a background check Must pass a drug test THC use is not allowed Must be able to work mandatory overtime on Fridays
