FOH Team Member for Mamahuhu Mill Valley

Mamahuhu is growing its front of house team. We have a casual, 40-seat dining room with bench, counter and booth seating. The dining room is designed for counter-service style ordering where guests line up, order at the counter, receive a number and we bring the food out to them when it's ready. The front of house is designed to be simple and lean and works great when we have a tight, organized group who can work efficiently and as a team.

We are looking for a friendly and positive FOH Team Member to join our team. This role is great for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, guest-facing environment — shifts vary based on scheduling needs. You'll run food, bus the dining room, hold down our point of sale (POS) counter during service, and help open or close the Front of House depending on your shift.

The position is dynamic and will have you working in the dining room, at the POS counter taking orders, answering the phone, and occasionally supporting our expediter in the kitchen. Our restaurants are a fun, flexible, and teamwork-oriented environment! We Are Looking For Someone Who Ideally has at least 1 year of experience in a hospitality role Has a flexible schedule Has a strong work ethic, and thrives on being part of a close knit team Has a sense of urgency, and challenges themselves to accomplish more each day Can pay close attention to detail Appreciates food as a way to bring people together Experience with or interest in Chinese cuisine is a plus!
